OnMeJack decided that what was really needed was a Student Soap Opera, 'Stepping Stones', involving a large writing and production team and cast, this project was completed, and won John Rosser the 'Best Title Sequence' at the 2004 Nastas and was likened by Tony Garnett to a 'student-This Life'.

In July 2004 OnMeJack Productions become a Registered Limited Company, with Penny Keevil as Co-Director, bringing her business and managerial knowledge, her multimedia and website talents, and her own Company, TOPs Web Design, which was eventually merged with OnMeJack Productions, and continued to design and develop websites and mulitmedia projects. Dan Hoad was brought on-board as Financial Director and Company Accountant, and collectively they became OnMeJack Productions Limited.

OnMeJack then set about making a series of short films, including Aidan Goatley's 'Sweet and Sour', screened as part of the Talent Circle Supershort Festival, and Co-Produced Olaf Olgiati's Fantasy Western 'The Game They Play' and the Educational Drama Young But Not Carefree Film directed by Laurence Topham for Surrey Young Carers Charity.
